This zine compliles my lectures, studies and reflections on the climate crisis and how to survive as an individual. I hope you find it useful.

Please mind that it just tackles the climate anxiety and not averting the crisis itself.

It took a considerable effort to compile this in a short and readeable format. I really want it to be out there so free copies are available but please consider supporting if you can. Not necesserily with money. Spreading the word and giving me constructive feedback are very appreciated.

I shall probably put a version that is pure text for people who do not tolarate this æstethics. Just give me some time. But encouragements are welcome as I'll be more motivated to do it if I know people would like it ^^'
